How to access your digital products
If you have purchased a digital product, a digital design pack or, claimed our free design pack you can simply access the digital files from within your customer account.
Once you download your digital files, you can also follow our video tutorials on how to extract and transfer your files to a USB using different browsers and operating systems.
Steps to download your free files
- If you haven’t already, login to your customer account
- Navigate to your account by clicking on the My Account > Account Home located below the shopping cart in the top right.
- Click on the My Downloads link to reveal your downloads
- Click the pink Download button below the design pack you wish to download
- The pack should now begin to download to your computer.
