How to redeem a gift voucher online

If you were gifted or purchased a gift voucher from Echidna Sewing, you can simply redeem your gift voucher credit at the checkout to receive a discount on your purchase.

  1.  Find the item/s you wish to purchase, add them to your shopping cart and proceed to the checkout.
  2. If you haven’t already, login to your account on our website as instructed.
  3. At the checkout, you will see a Redeem voucher link under the Payment details section as well as in the Order Summary section.

  4. Once you click either of these links, a new section will appear under Order Summary and will allow you to enter in a Voucher code and Secret code.

  5. Enter in the Voucher code and Secret code from your gift voucher which will be on the email you received and click the Redeem voucher button.

  6. If you have correctly entered in your Voucher code and Secret code, a new section will appear under Payment Details called Gift Voucher - Spend online anytime!Redeem Gift Voucher
  7. If you wish to use all of your voucher credit on your order, you can simply click on the total dollar value above the Apply credit field. This will populate the Apply credit field with the full amount and the discount will automatically be applied to your Grand total. Redeem Gift Voucher
  8. If you wish to only use some of your voucher credit on your order, simply enter in the value you wish to use in the Apply credit field and the chosen value (if available) will automatically be applied to your Grand total. Redeem Gift Voucher
  9. Complete the remaining fields on the checkout and click the Confirm & Process button to place your order.
    Proceed to Confirm Payment
