Estimate your delivery time
Orders are dispatched from our warehouse in Capalaba, Queensland, Australia from postcode 4157. To estimate how long your order will take to be delivered, use our shipping calculator—available when you view your shopping cart in our online store. Shipping estimates are a guide only and will vary with your region and the shipping service you select at the checkout.
Get a freight quote
Simply add items to your shopping cart and enter your delivery postcode on the cart page to calculate a quote. You don't need to log into your account to do this.
Tracking and insurance
We insure all shipments for your peace of mind. We ship standard orders with Australia Post, larger orders with major freight carriers and PO Box orders up to 22kg.
You'll receive a tracking number to keep track of your order while it's on its way to you.
Tracking your item
Standard and Express Post parcels—If you selected standard or Express Post shipping at checkout you can track your item on the Australia Post website—simply enter the tracking number included in your order confirmation email.
Couriered parcels—If your order is being couriered to you, contact us for a tracking number.
You can also track your order via your online account. Simply login and navigate to 'My Orders'. Track your order →
Click & Collect
If you’re placing your order online and you are located in Brisbane, you can choose ‘Pick up from Capalaba’ at the checkout. Pick up is available at other stores however this must be requested over the phone or via email.
Delays or problems
While we try our best to ensure your order is delivered as soon as possible, unexpected postal delays do sometimes occur. Our shipping estimates rely on Australia Post and courier delivery services to meet these timeframes.

Countries we ship to
We ship all items Australia-wide and internationally, however we are unable to ship machines and software outside of Australia and New Zealand. If you're not sure whether we can ship a product to you contact us to find out more.
International shipping terms & conditions
International orders may be subject to local charges. Once the parcel reaches its destination country, any import taxes, custom duties and associated fees are charged and must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. Echidna Sewing has no control over any additional charges that may apply and cannot be held responsible for them. Each country may have different custom policies so please contact your local customs office for more information.
