Your Platinum membership is valid for 12 months from the date of purchase. A renewal is due each year on the anniversary of joining.

Are Platinum rewards points real money?
It’s almost as good as real money! Your accrued points value is shown in your online account. If you order online, in-store or by phone you can use your points balance as part or full payment. Points are valid for 400 days.

What do I need to do to earn points?
Just keep a current Platinum Membership and your points will be automatically applied with every purchase you make. How good is that?

How do I redeem my rewards points?
It's so easy to redeem your points! If you're shopping online, you can apply your points as a dollar value at the checkout to make full or part payment for your transaction. The same applies if you're shopping in-store or phoning through an order—our friendly staff will happily apply your points for you.

To to get started with Platinum pricing and rewards points:

  1. Add a Platinum Membership annual subscription to your cart.
  2. Ensure your cart contains only the membership subscription, then complete your purchase.
  3. Wait a few minutes for your membership to become active before you place any further orders.

You can be confident your membership is active once you're able to login to your account and see Platinum pricing displayed.

  • Platinum membership discounts excludes machines.
  • Additional shipping and insurance charges may apply on sewing and embroidery machines, cabinets and other bulky items.

Having just joined I'm still learning of the benefits. I have earned some points already and when I have sufficient I'll use them towards products that will benefit my embroidery journey

Annual subscription is well worth having. Makes a big difference when you get tothe checkout and helps you if if you need to make enquiries. I wouldn't be without it.
