Softlight 50/2 weight is a 100% mercerised cotton thread produced from long-staple fibre lengths. The mercerisation process increases the lustre and strength of this thread making it perfect to use when stitching machine embroidery designs and embellishing clothing and projects. Choose from our selection of 20 colours and add these threads to your stash and give your machine embroidery a stunning finish.
This mercerised thread is not recommended for use on articles that may require bleaching or soaking, e.g. children's clothing.
