Echidna Sewing guarantees that for a period of 2 years from the original purchase date of the machine, to repair (or replace at our discretion) any machine that malfunctions due to a manufacturer's defect in parts of workmanship, with free parts and labour. In the unlikely event that the machine needs to be replaced, the warranty period will reset from the date of replacement.
EXTEND YOUR WARRANTY
If you have your machine serviced by Echidna Sewing within 60 days of the end of the 2-year warranty period, we will extend your warranty for an additional 2 years.
