Patchwork Bowl Cozy

Designed by Notches Sewing, these quick and cosy bowl holders are perfect for enjoying a hot bowl of soup or a cold scoop of ice cream—no more burned fingers or icy hands! With layers of fabric and batting, they’re comfortable to hold and great for microwave use too.
Just be sure to use 100% cotton fabric, batting (without scrim), and thread to make them microwave-safe—synthetic materials may melt.
Bowl cozies are a fantastic way to use up fabric scraps and leftover batting, making them ideal for last-minute gifts. For a thoughtful kitchen-themed set, pair them with a hanging tea towel, coasters, or a kitchen boa!
