Make any design free-standing – it’s easy ...
- Simply hoop together a layer of Crystal Organza and 2 layers of Echidna Washaway
- Stitch the design, remove from the hoop, trim away excess organza (close to the stitching but don’t cut through any stitches)
- Using the tip or edge of the heated soldering iron, gently burn away the excess organza and rinse out the excess stabilizer.
- Voila! You now have a beautiful free-standing design.
Please note: The soldering iron will require filling prior to use. Butane gas (the same as that used to refill cigarette lighters) can be purchased from a variety of hardware stores and supermarkets (instructions for refilling are included on the back of the pack).
