Mandy Chamberlin is Echidna's New Zealand agent and an authorised Brother New Zealand dealer. She offers the full range of Brother sewing and embroidery machines to NZ, along with fantastic service and support.

Mandy Chamberlin
Hi, I’m Mandy, Echidna’s NZ Agent and an authorised Brother NZ dealer. I'm a bit of a self-confessed embroidery addict who is on a mission to spread the love for machine embroidery. I’m here on the ground in Auckland, NZ to support new and existing Echidna customers to find the right products and fall in love with using them (even when things get a bit frustrating).
Having worked in both the corporate and public sectors, I started my embroidery digitizing business – Veronica and Me Designs - after the birth of my first daughter Veronica. It began as a venture with flexible hours to work from home while spending time with my children, but it also introduced me to the incredible world of machine embroidery, being a small business owner and all the really interesting and exceptional people I’ve met along the way.
I truly believe every person and situation in life teaches you something and we are all on a lifelong journey of learning. My role with Echidna completely fuels my passion for embroidery and my mission for everyone to love embroidery – whether they are purchasing a completed item or enjoying the art of embroidery themselves.
