Cancellation Policy
Full refunds are available up to four weeks prior to the event date. We may apply a full account credit within the last four weeks at our discretion. To request a cancellation, please contact us by emailing sales@echidnasewing.com.au or call us on 1800 000 360
Event FAQ
Extravaganza Events
Can I do multiple events during this extravaganza weekend?
All three events are being held at the same time however you have access to the event videos for 60 days so you can complete them all at different times.
How do I claim the bonus when doing multiple events?
For each event you attend, you are eligible for the bonus when you spend over $150 or more on Kimberbell products within 3 days after the event. You must spend at least $150 per event to receive the bonus in those 3 days.
What time do the extravaganza events start?
Rachael will be live in our Echidna Virtual Education Support Facebook group at 9am AEST. After being addressed by Rachael, you'll then proceed to start your chosen event.
I'm not available on the day of the event. Can I still participate at another time?
Yes. You will have access to the event videos for 60 days.
What machine/hoop size do I need?
Each event is different and will require a minimum hoop size. Check the product page for your event to find out what size hoop you will need.
How long does the event go for?
All the events vary in time from a few hours to 2 full days. Check the event product page to find out.
How do I get involved?
To sign up for an event, all you have to do is purchase your event ticket via the event product page.
What is supplied?
By purchasing your event ticket, you will receive all the project tutorial videos and designs as well as a kit filled with everything you need to create the projects (stabilizers, fabric, etc).
What is not supplied?
You will not receive threads or any materials to create more projects. The kit only includes enough materials to fulfill the event. We do supply a list of products you'll need to create more of the projects if you wish to.
What if my kit doesn't arrive in time for the event?
If your kit doesn't arrive in time for your event, please do not worry. You have access to the tutorial videos for 60 days following the event so you can complete the projects when your kit arrives.
What if I need support after the event?
You can join our Echidna Virtual Education Support Facebook group for any queries regarding your event, during or after.
