Crafted from 80% natural cotton and 20% fine polyester, this premium batting offers more loft and less weight than traditional cotton batting, making it ideal for utility quilts, children’s quilts, charity projects, and gifts. Its needle-punched construction with light resin bonding ensures exceptional strength while remaining easy to quilt by hand or machine. For a low-loft, traditional look, use closer quilting stitches; for a higher loft, softer drape, space your stitching lines further apart (up to 4 inches).

This batting is machine washable, with a shrinkage rate of 3-5%, providing a cosy, vintage texture after washing.

Note: Recommended for use with medium or dark fabrics, as the natural cotton content may slightly darken light-coloured or pastel fabrics.
